About me

I build the structure behind meaningful student experiences.

I am Taylor Ketterling, a school operations, enrichment, and technology professional who enjoys turning a big idea into a program people can count on.

Education, operations, and an instinct for what comes next.

My work has always centered on the moments beyond a standard lesson: a student discovering they can build a game, an after-school program that feels like a community, or a school team finally having systems that make the day run more smoothly.

Across summer camps, 13 school campuses, K-8 classrooms, and schoolwide leadership, I have learned to pair practical planning with a student-first point of view. I bring experience in curriculum, vendors, budgets, scheduling, technology, communications, and the many small details that make a program feel effortless to families.

Technology leadership is school operations leadership.

As Director of IT, I managed the connected systems that support learning, communication, administration, and daily decision-making. My work balanced long-term infrastructure planning with the responsive, people-centered support a school community needs each day.

Founder & product developer

Kettivo makes the business of youth programs simpler.

Kettivo is the booking, registration, and business-management platform I am building for extracurricular and youth program providers. It comes directly from seeing how much invisible coordination goes into delivering a great experience for students and families.

I lead every part of the work: product strategy, workflow design, software development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
